Job Title: Paid Media Buyer

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The role is focused on driving a higher volume of qualified leads, achieving at least 100 scheduled calls per month, and improving show-up rates to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms
• Develop funnel strategies to boost both lead volume and show-up rates
• Implement and manage conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, GTM, UTM)
• Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, and targeting
• Manage budgets and bids for cost efficiency and scalability
• Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPL, CPM) and report insights
• Build retargeting campaigns and segment audiences effectively
• Collaborate with creative and sales teams to align campaigns with lead quality goals

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong knowledge of funnels, paid traffic, and retargeting strategies
• Proficiency in conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign reporting
• Experience with budget management, bid optimization, and scaling campaigns
• Familiarity with CRMs and booking systems (e.g., GoHighLevel)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Data-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to platform changes
