Job description
JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible assisting with installations and integration processes, security concerns and updating programs. They are also responsible in providing tech support and troubleshooting services.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- System support for ERP/Accounting, Payroll and other system maintain by MIS;
- Create/update System Report using Crystal Report and SQL;
- Maintain, manage and update computer application/software;
- Monitor and maintain company help desk system and provide technical support to end-user;
- Create recommendation & implement a solution regarding department issues and concern;
- Set-up, performs configuration, installations, troubleshooting and repairs of company-wide computer equipment and network facilities such as computer hardware and software, printer and other related devices;
- Perform preventive maintenance on company-wide computer, CCTV's, printer and all related equipment under MIS department;
- Asset management of desktop computers, laptop, printer and other related devices;
- Custodian of equipment and devices under MIS department;
- Process documentation, memos and other related paper works;
- Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs Company Information System administration such as user account, e-mail account, other services, debugging and enhancements;
- Creates, develops, and maintains graphic design and layouts such as company forms and other related services;
- Develops and evaluates system software to address work simplification;
- Provides system support for companywide accounting systems;
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related to computer courses;
- Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply;
- 1 year experience as MIS, IT or equivalent professional practice;
- Knowledge on SQL, Database Management, ERP/Accounting System, Crystal Report;
- Knowledge and experience on computer hardware, software, networking, CCTV's and related task;
- Knowledge on computer operating system, computer application and help desk;
- Experience on troubleshooting of computers, preventive maintenance and asset management;
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strict in implementing of rules and regulations.
- Self-motivated and hardworking;
- Positive personal values and strong work ethic.
