Cashiering Supervisor

About the role

This is a full-time Cashiering Supervisor role at Robinsons True Serve Hardware Philippines Inc. based in Nuvali Sta Rosa . As a Cashiering Supervisor, you will oversee the cashiering operations of the retail store and ensure efficient and accurate handling of customer transactions.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and train the cashiering team to provide excellent customer service
2. Ensure accurate cash handling, reconciliation and reporting procedures are followed
3. Monitor and optimise cashier productivity and performance
4. Investigate and resolve any cashiering discrepancies or customer complaints
5. Collaborate with other store departments to maintain efficient store operations
6. Assist with inventory management and other store-wide tasks as needed

What we're looking for

1. 2+ years of experience in a retail cashiering or supervisory role
2. Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. Ability to work well in a team and coach/mentor others
5. Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
