Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify off-market and on-market property opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and local contacts.
• Conduct initial due diligence, including property valuations and market analysis.
• Negotiate with sellers to secure favorable deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and property details in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sourcing, wholesaling, or property acquisitions preferred (Ohio)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and property values.
