Inventory Clerk - Vet Specialists, Inc.

Job Description

  • Monitor stock levels for incoming and outgoing products and materials.

  • Accept deliveries, verify contents against packing slips, and log new items into the inventory system.

  • Update inventory databases with all transactions, including movements and deletions.

  • Perform regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile discrepancies between the physical stock and the records.

  • Keep storage areas clean, orderly, and well-organized to ensure items can be easily located.

  • Communicate with other staffs and departments to ensure adequate stock levels and timely deliveries.

  • Report any stock issues, such as shortages or damage, to management.

  • Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies for management.

  • Restock depleted items and retrieve products for customers or other departments as needed.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with computers and data entry.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods.

Rate: Manila minimum rate

Negotiable rate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
