RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, actively listening to their needs, and offering personalized assistance.
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits, recommend suitable products based on customer needs, and upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales.
  • Processes customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
  • Handles cash/card transactions and ensures accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Maintains a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Resolves customer complaints and issues at her level
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding promotions and store policies.
  • Assist the supervisor with admin tasks.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
  • Helps in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and perform basic housekeeping tasks.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, and provide mutual support.
