Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance/control supervisory role.


• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, or other quality methodologies.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.


• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

In-Process Quality Control

  • Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify process deviations and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
  • Support implementation of quality checkpoints and statistical process controls (SPC).
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Supervise and mentor QC staff to ensure consistent inspection practices.

Incoming & Outgoing Inspection

Incoming:

  • Supervise inspection of raw materials and components upon delivery.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with specifications and escalate discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming quality checks and supplier performance.

Outgoing:

  • Validate finished goods prior to shipment to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with logistics and customer service to resolve outbound quality issues.
  • Maintain documentation for traceability and audit readiness.

Product Quality & Systems

  • Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001-compliant quality management systems.
  • Conduct internal audits and management reviews to assess system effectiveness.
  • Lead CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure proper implementation of quality tools such as RCA, FMEA, and SPC.
  • Manage all quality-related issues with customers, including compliance items and complaints.
  • Handle customer PPAPs and Supplier FAIRs.
  • Lead APQP for new product launches.
  • Monitor and report on Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) across plants.
  • Drive and manage all internal and external Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
