Accident and Recovery Coordinator
, you'll play a vital role in keeping this AU account's operations running smoothly. You'll be the link that ensures every job is completed with precision, efficiency, and care-supporting the team remotely while helping deliver outstanding service, every time.
From coordinating accident dispatches and monitoring job timelines to ensuring data integrity and quality control, you'll help keep the wheels turning. Working closely with the on-site team and reporting to the Dispatch Manager, you'll complete your initial training in-office before transitioning to a flexible remote role where your initiative and communication skills will shine.
Key Responsibilities
Accident Dispatch Support
- Partner with the on-site dispatch team to manage accident-related towing operations with accuracy and urgency.
- Enter, update, and track job details in Tow Manager and other dispatch platforms.
- Verify job status and completion times, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain data integrity and excellence across every job.
- Monitor driver performance and response times to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Liaise with drivers and customers to provide updates, confirm progress, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Identify and report inconsistencies, helping the team resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Storage and Event Oversight
- Review and reconcile storage job entries to ensure all vehicle movements are logged correctly.
- Track event timelines and response times to maintain compliance with service standards.
- Support accurate billing and reporting by reconciling storage and event data.
- Communicate with drivers and depot staff to verify vehicle locations and details.
Administrative and Communication Support
- Assist with sending updates, internal communications, and operational memos.
- Maintain precise digital records for all accidents and storage events.
- Provide daily and weekly summary reports to Amy and the Dispatch Manager.
- Demonstrate professional, confident, and clear communication across all channels.
- Participate in virtual meetings to collaborate on workloads, performance, and process improvements.
Quality Control and Compliance
- Carry out daily data and quality checks to uphold accuracy standards.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent performance.
- Escalate issues promptly to the Dispatch or Office Manager to maintain service excellence.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and identifying opportunities for efficiency.

- Confident using digital tools—particularly Microsoft Office, email platforms, and data systems.
- Experience with Tow Manager, SafetyCulture, or similar systems is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently while maintaining clear and regular communication.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or dispatch-related role (transport or towing experience preferred).
- Demonstrated skills in data entry, job tracking, or quality control.
- Prior exposure to dispatch, transport, or logistics operations is highly valued.
- Proven ability to meet performance targets and maintain accuracy in a remote working environment.
