QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or allied course
• 1-2 years experience as IT Staff
• preferably 1-2 years Hospital exposure
• computer literate and proficient in all MS App

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Troubleshooting, monitoring and maintaining computer hardware/software systems and networks.
• Knowledgeable in BIZBOX
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Identifying hardware and software solutions.
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
• Testing and evaluating new technologies.
• Possible training of junior staff
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
