Job Description
- Employ basic first aid and provide medicine to employees.
- Controls all medical supplies, medicines, and equipments on site.
- Use safe nursing practice to assess for possible illness, injury, hazards, and other unsafe conditions.
- Educates employees on the sickness awareness and prevention.
- Keep track of case notes, incident reports, LOA's, Philhealth records, medical records, and similar documents.
- All other related tasks.
