We're a one-of-a-kind blend of grocery + restaurant, serving up authentic Japanese flavors all in one space. As our Grocerant Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of it all—making sure the aisles are full, the kitchen is buzzing, the team is ready, and every customer leaves happy.

What You'll Do:

• Train, guide, and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee both grocery and restaurant operations when the Manager is away.
• Monitor inventory, replenish stocks, and place orders as needed.
• Keep shelves organized, products properly tagged, and displays looking great.
• Enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) & FEFO (First Expiration, First Out) policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns quickly.
• Assist in scheduling, assigning workloads, and evaluating staff performance.
• Follow company policies for handling cash, property, and equipment.
• Support reporting, paperwork, and other operational needs.

• Supervisory experience in grocery, restaurant, or retail is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organization, and people skills.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
• Willing to work on-site in St. Ignatius, Katipunan, QC.
