The Branch Manager oversees the full operations, service excellence, and business performance of the aesthetics and wellness center. This role ensures that the branch delivers exceptional client experiences, achieves revenue targets, and maintains high standards in clinical, retail, and operational execution. The Branch Manager leads a team of front-line staff, therapists, and medical professionals, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Branch Manager is responsible for developing and executing branch-level sales strategies, driving client acquisition and retention initiatives, and ensuring that all treatments and consultations adhere to company protocols. This includes managing daily branch schedules, monitoring staff productivity, reviewing service quality, and ensuring that consultations, procedures, and client interactions meet regulatory and safety standards. The role also oversees inventory control, retail product management, and forecasting of consumables to support uninterrupted service delivery.

A key part of the role is staff leadership—recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating branch employees to ensure consistent performance and strong teamwork. The Branch Manager handles escalated client concerns, provides timely resolutions, and reinforces a service culture that prioritizes discretion, empathy, and professionalism. They also coordinate with marketing and corporate teams to execute promotions, client events, and brand-building activities.

Operational excellence is essential; the Branch Manager must ensure compliance with all DOH and company guidelines, maintain facility cleanliness and equipment readiness, and review financial reports to optimize margins and control costs. They analyze sales trends, set performance targets, and implement operational improvements that support growth.
