About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Branch Staff to join our Limay (Bataan) Branch of Philtrust Bank. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling a variety of banking transactions. The position is based at our branch located in Limay, Bataan.
What you'll be doing
- Assist customers with deposit and withdrawal transactions, account openings and closures, and other banking services
- Process cheques, cash and other financial instruments accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about Philtrust Bank's products and services
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all transactions
- Participate in promotional and marketing activities to attract new customers
- Contribute to a positive and professional branch environment
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree of any business related program.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail banking role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
