Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Baker, based in Metro Cebu. The Chief Baker will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring the highest quality of baked goods. Responsibilities include recipe development, supervision of baking staff, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency in service and product offerings.
