Marketing Intern

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Xiaomi Technology Full time ₱150,000 - ₱250,000 per year
  1. Assist the marketing manager in promoting new product projects, including but not limited to data analysis, tracking key progress, and providing weekly and monthly summaries.
  2. Gradually learn and assist the marketing manager with market project initiation applications, contract applications, and project acceptance processes.
  3. Assist the marketing manager with budget management, market ledger maintenance, and coordination with regional/national finance and procurement teams to ensure accurate data records.
  4. Communicate with other business departments within the country, such as service, after-sales, HR, and procurement, to align on requirements.
  5. Provide support for large-scale marketing projects.
  6. Moderation of the Mi Community with guidance from Marketing Managers.
  7. Content Creation for owned media platforms not limited to Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X and more.

Job Requirements:

  1. College students with degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Arts, Design and related fields.
  2. Open to fresh graduates with bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Arts, Design and related fields.
  3. Strong interest in marketing, willing to start learning from the basics.
  4. Good learning ability, team coordination, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong self-motivation.
  5. Proficiency in English as a working language; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
  6. Being a Xiaomi fan is a plus.

*This is a paid internship

**With preference to hire from graduating batch of 2025. Interns who showcase outstanding ablities at work upon evaluation can be hired as full time employees.
