Education: College Graduate of Criminology

Skills: Has great personality with strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Experience: Preferably with experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage past-due accounts, including identification, classification, and follow-up on delinquent clients.
• Coordinate with collectors and branch staff to formulate action plans for accounts in arrears.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate remedial actions, such as restructuring, reclassification, or legal referral.
• Track and verify insurance status of all active and delinquent loan accounts.
• Liaise with insurance providers and internal teams to address lapses, claims, or discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on delinquency trends, collection performance, and insurance compliance.
• Support the legal team in preparing documentation for accounts recommended for litigation.
• Maintain accurate and updated records

Work Location:

• 930 A.H Lacson Street Sampaloc Manila

Working schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
