Role Title: Learning Operations – Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Key Responsibilities

· Own and manage learning operations processes – scheduling, nominations, logistics, feedback, reporting, and certifications.

· Provide expertise on LMS (Percipio, iEngage, ACE, etc.) – user management, catalogue updates, data accuracy, and integrations.

· Act as process SME during online program rollouts ensuring alignment to org standards.

· Support learning governance: track participation, utilization of learning hours, and leaderboard dashboards.

· Ensure compliance with internal audits, ISO/quality standards, and training policies.

· Partner with HR Ops, Talent Development, and Business Units to deliver seamless learning experience.

· Build FAQs, process manuals, and knowledge base for Learning Helpdesk.

· Train and mentor junior team members on learning operations processes.


Skills & Competencies

· In-depth knowledge of learning platforms (Skillsoft Percipio, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, etc.).

· Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI preferred).

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 9001).

· Problem-solving mindset and process improvement orientation.


Qualifications & Experience

· Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field.

· 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development / Learning Operations.

· Prior SME/lead experience in BPS/IT industry preferred.

Role Title: Learning Operations – Team Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Lead a team of Learning Ops Specialists/SMEs to execute end-to-end training operations.

· Oversee scheduling, nominations, attendance tracking, and assessments across multiple geographies.

· Partner with L&OD, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders to forecast learning demand and allocate resources.

· Drive automation, process improvement, and adoption of digital tools & dashboards.

· Ensure training compliance – audit readiness, ISO/quality metrics, and governance reporting.

· Manage vendor relationships and external trainers – contracts, SLAs, payments.

· Track key KPIs – learning hours, participation rates, ESAT scores, impact of learning.

· Coach and develop team members for high performance.

· Support strategic programs leadership/managerial programs with seamless execution.

· Proven people management and team leadership skills.

· Strong program management, planning, and execution ability.

· Excellent data analysis and reporting skills

· High collaboration and stakeholder influencing capability.

· Knowledge of digital learning tools, gamification, and dashboards.


Qualifications & Experience

· Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field.

· 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development, with 3+ years in a team management role.

· Prior experience managing cross-geo L&D operations preferred.
