Farm Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and manage the daily tasks and operations of farm workers and laborers.
• Plan, organize, and oversee the schedules for crop cultivation, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting.
• Manage and monitor the care, feeding, and breeding of livestock, when applicable.
• Ensure that all farm machinery, tools, and facilities are well-maintained and in good working condition.
• Track and manage the inventory of seeds, feeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other essential farm materials.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of farm production, operations, and manpower activities.
• Enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations within the farm premises.
• Coordinate with agricultural specialists such as engineers, veterinarians, and agronomists for technical support.
• Evaluate production results and recommend strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
• Ensure adherence to national and local agricultural, environmental, and labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, or any related field.
• Vocational or technical training in farming operations may also be considered with relevant experience.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in farm management or agricultural supervision.
• Experience in crop production, livestock management, or agribusiness preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of modern farming techniques and equipment operation.
• Must be willing to relocate or stay in the farm area if required.
