CX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for output within the CXD workflow, from requirements gathering, design, and validation.
• Coordinate with and present to product owners and project sponsors.
• Management of existing workflows such as Design System, VOC campaigns etc.
• Management of multiple projects

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an IT, Web Design, Web Development, Business or equivalent course
• Background in ecommerce, customer experience, service design or user experience design is a plus
• Certification regarding design thinking, project management or user experience is a plus
• Knowledgeable in Figma or equivalent (Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Can translate user requirement documents into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Should be able to present ideas and concepts clearly
• Knowledge of complex design features such as Design System, Variables, Design Tokens is a plus
• Knowledge of project management concepts is a plus
• Knowledge of data analysis is a plus
