Far Eastern University (FEU) is seeking a talented and dedicated Faculty Member to join the Department of Psychology. As a full-time faculty member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our psychology students, imparting your expertise and passion for the field. What you'll be doing

  • Delivering engaging and informative lectures to psychology students across a range of psychology-related courses
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive course curricula that align with industry standards and best practices
  • Supervising and mentoring psychology students, providing guidance and support throughout their academic journey
  • Conducting research and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the psychology field to enhance course content
  • Actively participating in departmental and university-wide initiatives to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with colleagues to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment

What we're looking for

  • A graduate of BS Psychology or Behavioral Sciences
  • Holds a Master of Arts degree in Psychology; a PhD in Psychology highly desirable
  • Preferably a licensed Psychometrician and/or Psychologist
  • Experienced in conducting online classes and using Canvas or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to teach any of the following courses is an advantage:

Psychological Statistics

Experimental Psychology

Field Methods in Psychology

Industrial and Organizational Psychology courses

  • Has a background in research and community work
  • Works well in a team, highly motivated, flexible with time, and committed to professional growth
