We're hiring a Product Owner to lead and own the vision, roadmap, and performance of Muvr's marketplace platform — connecting customers, drivers, and dispatch operations.

You'll serve as the bridge between business, engineering, and operations, translating goals into product strategy and features that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

Working closely with Project Managers and Service Delivery, you'll ensure product initiatives are delivered smoothly, create measurable impact, and drive innovation across our customer and driver ecosystems.

• Own the vision, roadmap, and success of Muvr's marketplace platform — covering customer, driver, and dispatch-facing products.
  
• Translate business objectives into clear product goals, feature requirements, and measurable outcomes.
  
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment between engineering capacity, business priorities, and user needs.
  
• Work cross-functionally with Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers to align product delivery with operational readiness and service excellence.
  
• Partner with Design and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality product releases that improve both customer and driver experiences.
  
• Lead Agile product cycles, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives — ensuring clarity and focus across teams.
  
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure marketplace balance, pricing logic, and user trust mechanisms are optimized.
  
• Use data, analytics, and user feedback to validate ideas, guide prioritization, and iterate continuously on platform features.
  
• Monitor and report on key product KPIs — activation, conversion, job completion, retention, and satisfaction — to drive measurable growth.
  
• Identify opportunities for automation, platform scalability, and process improvement across the customer and driver lifecycle.
  
• Ensure feature documentation, release notes, and internal training materials are clear and accessible for all stakeholders.
• Champion the user experience — advocating for both customers and drivers in every stage of the product lifecycle.

• 4–6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Platform Lead in marketplace, logistics, or SaaS environments.
  
• Proven experience building and managing multi-sided marketplace products (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, Grab, Lalamove, Upwork).
  
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and product delivery lifecycle.
  
• Strong technical fluency; comfortable collaborating with engineers and understanding system constraints.
  
• Data-driven mindset; proficiency in tools like Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
  
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to balance competing priorities and deliver measurable results.

• Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or gig-economy platforms.
  
• Familiarity with dispatch systems, route optimization, or driver-partner tooling.
  
• Background in UX/UI collaboration and product usability testing.
  
• Experience working with Project Management or Service Delivery functions in a scaling tech company.
• Strong understanding of OKR frameworks and agile product metrics.

• Own the roadmap and performance of a high-impact product in a fast-scaling logistics tech startup.
