Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or any business-related courses
• Minimum of 2-4 years relevant work experience with at least 2 years supervisory role in the retail and sales industry
• Background knowledge in the sales and retail industry

Tasks & responsibilities

• Conducts daily walkabout and monitoring in the selling area to maximize selling operations activities
• Coordinates with Store Operations Managers (SOM), merchandising team, and support groups to ensure 100% harmonious selling operations, execution of the plans and programs, and all issues and concerns are addressed accordingly
• Supervises activities and performance of subordinates to ensure maximum output of the team
• Prepares daily or periodic reports such as Out of Stock Report, Canvassed Prices, Overstocking, non-moving items, monthly damage, and other similar reports as may be required by the SOM (Store Operations Manager)
