About the role

Are you an experienced driver looking for a full-time role with a reputable company? Southern Arms Corporation is seeking a Driver to join our team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. In this position, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering goods to our customers throughout the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate a company vehicle to transport and deliver goods to customers on a scheduled route
  • Ensure deliveries are made in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the vehicle
  • Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required
  • Provide excellent customer service and liaise with customers when needed
  • Complete all necessary documentation and maintain accurate records

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years' experience as a professional driver, preferably in the courier or logistics industry
  • Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to handle the manual aspects of the role
  • Knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions
