Overview: The IT Support will be responsible for managing and supporting the NB Consulting's (NZ, PH and Dubai) IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security for the team. It involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, providing exceptional support to employees, designing and video editing. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering excellent support and customer service.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)

· Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in related field.

· Ability to diagnose and repair hardware issues in desktops, laptops, and servers.

· Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, remote support tools)

· Proficient in photo editing (e.g., adobe illustrator, photoshop and canva)

· Proficient in video editing (e.g., adobe premiere pro, canva and capcut)

· Proficiency in WordPress installation, configuration, and ongoing management.

· Skilled in working with page builders like Elementor and familiar with the Astra theme (or similar frameworks).

· Basic understanding of SEO principles and how to implement them within WordPress.

· Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for WordPress customization and debugging.

· Experienced in selecting, installing, and configuring plugins, as well as customizing and updating themes based on business needs.

· Knowledge of best practices for website security, performance optimization, and troubleshooting common issues.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with users and documenting issues.

· Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.

· Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

· Willingness to travel and support for events.
