JOB SUMMARY

Ang Machine Operator ay responsable sa maayos, ligtas, at tamang pag-operate ng mga makina na ginagamit sa paggawa at packaging ng beverages, upang masiguro na ang produkto ay pasok sa quality at food safety standards ng kumpanya.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mag-operate at mag-monitor ng mga makina tulad ng filling, capping, labeling, sealing, at packing machines
  • Siguraduhin na ang makina ay malinis, sanitized, at handa gamitin bago simulan ang production, ayon sa Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • I-set at i-adjust ang makina base sa production requirements at schedule
  • Bantayan ang tamang volume, seal, label, at overall quality ng produkto habang ongoing ang production
  • Gumawa ng basic troubleshooting at minor adjustments para maiwasan ang production downtime
  • Agad i-report sa supervisor ang anumang machine issue, product defect, o food safety concern
  • Panatilihin ang kalinisan at kaayusan ng makina at work area alinsunod sa GMP, HACCP, at 5S standards
  • Kumpletuhin at itala ang mga production logs, machine checklist, at daily reports
  • Sumunod sa lahat ng safety rules at pagsusuot ng tamang PPE

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least graduate ng kahit anong vocational course
  • May kaalaman o karanasan sa food o beverage manufacturing ay advantage
  • May basic understanding ng GMP at food safety practices
  • Physically fit at kayang magtrabaho sa production area
  • Willing ma-assign sa San Pablo City, Laguna
  • Handa sa shifting schedule, overtime, at trabaho tuwing holidays kung kailangan
  • Maingat, masinop, at may malasakit sa kalidad at kaligtasan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php605.00 per day
