The Security Agent is responsible for implementing security measures, monitoring premises, and ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and facilities within the organization. This role involves conducting security patrols, responding to security incidents, and enforcing security protocols.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Patrol assigned areas to detect and deter security threats, unauthorized access, and suspicious activities.
  • Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems to maintain a secure environment.
  • Enforce security policies, procedures, and regulations to protect company assets and personnel.
  • Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly and appropriately.
  • Conduct security checks of personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering or exiting premises.
  • Report security incidents, hazards, and breaches to the Security Section Supervisor.
  • Assist with emergency evacuations, first aid response, and crisis management procedures.
  • Collaborate with other security agents and team members to ensure effective security operations.
  • Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and documentation as required.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance security knowledge and skills
  • Compliance with e-Tap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
  • Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of security procedures, practices, and equipment.
  • Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and perform security duties for extended periods.
  • Certification in security training or licensure may be required based on local regulations.
