This role involves conducting security patrols, responding to security incidents, and enforcing security protocols.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to detect and deter security threats, unauthorized access, and suspicious activities.
- Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems to maintain a secure environment.
- Enforce security policies, procedures, and regulations to protect company assets and personnel.
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly and appropriately.
- Conduct security checks of personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering or exiting premises.
- Report security incidents, hazards, and breaches to the Security Section Supervisor.
- Assist with emergency evacuations, first aid response, and crisis management procedures.
- Collaborate with other security agents and team members to ensure effective security operations.
- Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and documentation as required.
- Participate in training programs to enhance security knowledge and skills
- Compliance with e-Tap's safety, security, and information security protocols.
- Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of security procedures, practices, and equipment.
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and perform security duties for extended periods.
- Certification in security training or licensure may be required based on local regulations.
