Position OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Off-Page SEO Manager to lead and expand our link acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will manage a small team of Guest Posting Specialists and build scalable, high-quality link-building systems focused on authority growth, brand visibility, and long-term SEO performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Management:
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies focused on acquiring high-quality backlinks from relevant, authoritative sites.
- Manage and mentor a small team of Guest Posting Specialists, ensuring consistent output, quality control, and adherence to brand and SEO guidelines.
- Set measurable KPIs for link quantity, quality, and domain authority improvement.
Link-Building Operations:
- Identify and evaluate link opportunities through outreach, digital PR, resource pages, niche edits, and content partnerships.
- Supervise the creation and publication of guest posts, ensuring proper anchor text optimization and contextual relevance.
- Build relationships with webmasters, editors, and influencers to secure ongoing linking opportunities.
Quality Assurance & Reporting:
- Review all outbound guest post opportunities for topical fit, authority (DR/DA), and spam risk.
- Maintain and update a link acquisition dashboard to track active outreach campaigns, published links, and results.
- Report on progress, ROI, and link performance to the SEO Director or Head of Growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Off-Page SEO, Link-Building, or Outreach Management.
- Strong understanding of backlink quality metrics (DR, DA, TF, CF, spam score, anchor relevance).
- Proven record of executing white-hat link-building strategies that moved rankings or improved authority.
- Experience managing or training a small team.
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, , or Respona.
- Excellent written communication and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to prioritize by impact.
- Experience with digital PR campaigns or journalist outreach.
- Previous work in competitive niches (i-gaming, casino, etc.).
- Understanding of on-page and technical SEO fundamentals to align link-building with holistic strategy.
