Restaurant Deputy

Job Summary

• Resources efficiently to ensure the store he/she is leading is profitable.
• Works closely with the District Manager to ensure sales growth.
• Sets objective that challenge and engage Team Members to work as a Team.
• Plans and executes all sales promotions effectively and efficiently.
• Provides guidance and sets an example for team members by ensuring all systems and policies are complied with.
• Confronts unethical behavior and acts on deviations to standards and indiscretions appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Promotes and practices safe work habits, reporting potential safety hazards, operational inconsistencies and team member incidents to the concerned departments.
• Provides coaching and develops Team Members for the next level.
• Ensures every guest has a positive customer experience at all times. Responds proactively to prevent and resolve customer service situations.
• Responsible for ensuring all issues and breakdowns are resolved within an acceptable time frame.
• Assesses and makes sure store has adequate staffing to provide efficient, friendly and superior service.
• Plots Team Member rosters appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Completes required paper works and recommends and executes proper course of action.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
