See where your commitment could take you. Who are we looking for? We're looking for a DevOps Specialist to join our PH Digital - PnP - Products & Platform team.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:Automate build and deployment of Azure services

Manage code deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes

Test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning

Use coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem

Work with CI/CD tools, and source control such as GITPerforms incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors encountered.Perform incremental testing on code, processes, and deployments

Continuously seek ways to automate and improve development and release processes

Actively troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and production, catching and solving issues before launch

Stay current with industry trends and source new ways to enhance existing solutions

What you will bring to the team:BS in Computer Science, IT, IS, or equivalent area of technical study (IT experience can substitute for a BS degree)Azure Fundamentals certification preferred

Knowledge of DevOps best practices and IT operations

Current with industry trends, ability to research emerging technology and make recommendations

More than two years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role (or similar role); experience in software development and infrastructure development is a plus

Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies & DevOps principals

Minimum 3 years working experience with Microsoft Azure SQL Database, APIM, Web Apps, Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOpsStrong experience in Azure Cloud services, i.e., IaaS, PaaS, and deployment via IACExperience with infrastructure automation, including configuration management and infrastructure provisioning using Bicep, ARM Templates or TerraformKnowledge of Azure Governance and best practices (RBAC, Networking Architectures, Tagging, Cost Management controls, etc.)Strong experience with databases systems such as MS SQL, MySQL, NoSQLStrong experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Ruby, Bash, and PerlFamiliarity with container orchestration services, i.e., KubernetesFamiliarity with agile software development in C#, C/C , Java, JavaScriptExperience administering and deploying development CI/CD tools such as Team City and Octopus DeployExperience with project management and workflow tools such as Agile, Jira, Scrum/Kanban, etc. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
