Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D designs and technical drawings based on project briefs using SolidWorks.
- Regularly consult with senior engineers to ensure designs align with project goals and technical specifications.
- Ensure designs are thoroughly reviewed and signed off at key stages before final approval for production.
- Once designs are validated, develop machining toolpaths for CNC mills using GibbsCAM.
Minimum Skills Requirement
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Design Engineer
- Proficiency in SolidWorks - REQUIRED
- Experience in CAM Software i.e GibbsCAM (PREFERRED) or a similar software (REQUIRED)
- Familiarity with CNC Milling Operations
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
- Good English skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, senior engineers, and production teams to ensure alignment throughout the design process.
