KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with various contractors, designers and co-workers to ensure smooth flow of projects
  • Compilation of all proposed and as-built plans for each project
  • Act as Project Coordinator for all trades (AMEPFS)
  • Design review and approval for all trades
  • Design initial lot plans, floor plans, elevation, and subdivision plans
  • Closely supervise and coordinate design implementation and revisions with other professional
  • Checks all working drawings before implementation on site
  • Evaluate progress/ accomplishment reports and billings for all workers and contractors
  • Attend Coordination and Technical Meeting
  • Prepare and monitor Contract Documentation and Material Estimation
  • Prepare and ensures the Legal Documents and Permits are being processed and complete
  • Knowledgeable in handling Post-Construction Management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A BACHELOR'S DEGREE HOLDER OF ARCHITECTURE
  • MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN ARCHITECTURE
  • MUST KNOW HOW TO USE AUTOCAD AND OTHER SOFTWARES FOR DESIGN
