QUALIFICATION

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing, related field)

· Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered

Experience:

· At least 1 year experience in sales, preferably in industrial products, cold chain, ice and water refilling station

· Familiarity with ice production, distribution logistics, and the cold storage industry is a plus

Key Skills Required

Sales & Marketing:

· Strong knowledge of business to business and/or Business to Client sales

· Ability to create and implement sales strategies to attract new customers

· Experience with pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations

Customer Relationship Management:

· Excellent interpersonal skills to manage client relationships

· Experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service

Industry Knowledge:

· Knowledge in plant operations

· Knowledgeable in government regulations, food safety, storage sanitation, and logistics

· Inventory management

Communication:

· Proficiency in English and local language

· Good presentation and negotiation skills

Technical Skills:

· Familiar with computer software (Microsoft Office, documentation, and sales reporting)

· Basic understanding in ice machinery and refrigeration systems is an advantage
