  • Achieve the sales targets for the year by ensuring the sellers are assisted efficiently in the sales documentation and booking process.
  • Prepare and maintain consolidated sales-related report for the reference of Sales Support Lead and Area Sales Head.
  • Reviewing the Minimum Booking Requirement submitted by the seller, preparation of EAM request for the requested payment scheme and coordinating with Sales Admin for NSC creation/ extension (if necessary).
  • Monitoring the status of booking account and submission of lacking documents for booking reference.
  • Responding to sales concerns of Sales Leaders and sellers through phone calls and emails.
  • Follows-up Sales Leaders in the submission of compliance and the required reports needed by Sales Support Lead & Area Sales Head (ie. Post-Mortem report, Competscan, Operational Plan, etc.)
  • Meeting preparations: Sending invites, reservation of available rooms and all needed coordination
  • Provide assistance in the After Sales concerns of the In-House sales group & marketing activities and recruitment process.
  • Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
