Job Summary
The Selling Supervisor plays a key role in maximizing category sales and profitability by managing daily operations and ensuring effective category execution.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service within the assigned product category
Drive category growth through strong sales performance, proper product handling, and minimizing product waste or returns
Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities accurately and on schedule
Ensure inventory for the category is consistently accurate and well-maintained
Lead, guide, and assess the performance of sales support staff and merchandising team members assigned to the category
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail, store operations, or food service supervision
