  • Collecting tools from the workers and safely storing materials at the office warehouse
  • Receiving and documenting materials, tools and equipment for delivery or return.
  • Keeping an inventory of all materials, tools and equipment entering or exiting the warehouse.
  • Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
  • Ensuring that all the materials, tools and equipment is safely and securely packed for storage.
  • Managing all materials, tools and equipment with appropriate care.
  • Maintains log book / timesheet , materials receiving tracer list, tools & equipment pull-out, etc.
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Assisting in maintaining office premises clean

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php Php570.00 per day
