Overseeing all aspects of the organization's HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with DOLE regulations and labor laws.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation programs.
  • Oversee payroll preparation, benefits administration, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions fairly and legally.
  • Lead performance appraisal systems and create development plans.
  • Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Ensure health, safety, and welfare of staff in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide management with HR metrics and recommendations for workforce planning.
  • Coordinate with government agencies for compliance, permits, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' HR experience, preferably in hospitality, resort, or corporate settings.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
