· Acts as the main point of contact of the company's benefit plans (company-initiated and government-mandated) for employee inquiries and issues.
· Managing government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions, loans, and claims.
· Facilitating annual benefits enrollment and maintaining accurate employee records.
· Addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, and policies.
· Providing guidance on maternity, paternity, sickness, and retirement benefits.
· Ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
· Preparing and submitting reports on government-mandated contributions and filings.
· Keeping track of policy updates related to employee benefits and recommending necessary adjustments.
· Maintaining accurate and updated benefits records in the HR system.
· Identifying areas for improvement in benefits administration and proposing enhancements.
· Other tasks may be assigned if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
