Wynwood Hotel Team is looking for BELLMAN. Must be willing to be hired through agency.

Overview of Duties:

• Primary responsible to greet and welcome guest to the hotel and relieve guest of their luggage on arrival and departure.

• Ensure that the hotel standard of meet and greet the guest are executed at all times and that all guest request are dealt in a prompt and courteous manner.

• Responsible for collecting and distributing post, parcels, deal with general inquiries and ensuring that the hotel lobby and for covered areas are always clean and tidy

Main Responsibilities:

Customer relations

1. Checks the daily arrival list for VVIP's or guests with special request

2. To be present at the Concierge/Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.

3. Assists guests with luggage to the front desk.

4. Ensures that guests' luggage is tagged and hands the identification slips to guests.

5. Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner

6. Escorts guests to room, placing luggage in room assigned by front desk.

7. Inspects guest room for order and adequate supplies and advice guests of room amenities.
8. Ensure the efficient delivery and collection of group luggage.
9. Assist departing guests on their luggage from the room to the lobby, then into a transportation service after reconfirming with the guest.
