Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process all customer transactions, including cash and non-cash payments.
  • Record purchases using the cash register or POS system.
  • Accept cash and PO payments in accordance with established procedures.
  • Count money, provide correct change, and issue official receipts.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of change in the cash drawer at all times.
  • Ensure all payment transactions are properly documented and fully supported.
  • Follow cash-drop procedures carefully and keep precise records of all cash-handling activities.
  • Prepare cash reports, balance the cash drawer and receipts, and document discrepancies or required additional reports.
  • Train new cashiers on proper procedures and station standards.
  • Support station cleanliness by keeping the cashier's booth organized and fully stocked with supplies.
  • Prevent cash shortages through accurate handling and monitoring.
  • Conduct dipstick readings to track inventory levels.
  • Authorize receipt of fuel deliveries on behalf of the Station Supervisor when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Station Supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php450.00 per day
