Sales Coordinator

1. Coordinate all Sales matters especially relevant information with the proper Departments.

2. Maintain organized sales records and reports for proper monitoring.

3. Filing of important documents.

4. In-charge of the processing of all orders by phone and email with accuracy and timeliness.

5. Ensure timely delivery of order to the customers.

6. If needed, inform customers of unforeseen delays and problems regarding product delivery.

7. Do customer investigation / verification for new accounts.

8. Telemarketing for in-house accounts. Preparation of sales quotations and follow-ups.

9. Preparation and processing of sample request by customers.

10. Preparation/facilitation of marketing collaterals or materials such as company profile, brochures and samples, MSDS, product data sheets as requested by customer.

11. Maintenance of customer data sheet, phone number, email queries.

12. Filing of all important documents such as ISO (Internal Sales Order) and othe attachements such as PO (PUrchase Order) and conformed quotation.

13. Regularly reports to the President/CEO.

Qualifications:

College graduate of any four (4) year course.

At least 2 years work experience as Sales Coordinator or any position in Sales.

Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

Excellent customer service skills.

Good oral and written communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
