  • Conduct research to develop new solutions or improve existing systems.
  • Publish research findings in professional journals or conferences.
  • Ensure that designs and systems comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for regulatory approvals and inspections.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for existing electrical systems.
  • Develop maintenance schedules and procedures for electrical equipment.
  • Train personnel on the operation and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers on construction and design projects.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, clients, or management.
  • Estimate costs for electrical components and systems.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure that projects stay within budget.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that electrical systems meet industry standards.
  • Perform inspections and audits of electrical systems and processes.
