● Assist in documents and permits for renewal.

● Act as a messenger to deliver and pick up documents to clients.

● Do field works such as collection, bank errands.

● Canvass and purchase items from suppliers and vendors

● Receive any orders, and verify that the correct items and amounts have been delivered.

● Checks purchase orders for accuracy, completeness and clarity.

● Verify that product information, shipping information, cost and delivery dates are all correct before obtaining authorization to place an order.

● Other Administrative and procurement related duties.
