Qualifications:
Graduate of any course related to Accounting, Commerce and other similar courses.
At least one (1) year of experience in Finance related work
Good organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
Has ARIBA/ SPECTRA or any ERP/ Finance System and MS Excel knowledge
Customer Oriented and has ability to work in fast paced working environment
Ability to work independently
Key Role:
Assistance with the compilation of the Client, vendor requirements and forms with initial review of documents
Follow up lacking requirements needed for accreditation considering the timeliness in accrediting prior to start of media implementation
Assistance with answering of inquiries from vendor
Preparation, creation and updating of Vendor, Client and Product Masterfile in media buying and financial system without error
Checking of the completion of the Client's Vendor Forms and submits requirements for the
accreditation to Client's system
Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig
