Job Title: Senior Financial Reporting & Analysis (US)

Work Setup & Schedule:

  • Hybrid
  • 8:00 pm to 5:00 am during training for 2-4 weeks; 5:00 pm to 2:00 am regular work shift

What you'll be doing:

  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly financial reports, including:
  • Flash Sales Reports
  • Accounts Payable (AP) Aging
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging
  • Cash Flow Reports
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and special projects.
  • Assist in monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain and update key financial models and dashboards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance summaries as needed.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing data and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, operations, procurement) to gather and validate data.
  • Assist in improving and documenting financial reporting processes and controls.
  • Provide data cleanup and normalization as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency in reports
  • Support audit preparation by organizing and providing necessary financial documentation.

What will make you a great fit:

  • At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop and/or an ERP that has inventory sales.
  • Experience with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Experience with inventory / gross margin reports is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
