Kiosk Clerk

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Kiosk Clerk to join our MyEureka Snack team at either our Glorietta, SM Mall of Asia and Megamall kiosks. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our delicious popcorn snacks are available to shoppers.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Preparing and serving a variety of popcorn flavours and other snacks
• Maintaining the kiosk's cleanliness and organisation
• Restocking supplies and ensuring product availability
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience
• Following all health, safety, and food handling procedures

What we're looking for

• Customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
• Minimum 6-12 months of customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Enthusiasm and a positive, friendly attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
• High school graduate qualification required
• Kiosk location will be assigned by the company
