Spanish Customer Service Representative

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Receive and answer inbound Spanish-speaking calls.
  • Receive and answer other inbound calls if necessary.
Handle customer requests, issues, and other concerns.
  • Respond to queries raised by customers and clients.
  • Make outbound calls to contact customers or clients.
  • Send messages to customers through chat or email.
  • Process payments and returns for customers or clients.

Qualifications:

  • At least high school (old curriculum) or senior high school level.
  • College-level and graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Must be able to speak and understand Spanish.
  • Knowledgeable of basic computer processes.
  • Customer service (BPO) experience is an advantage, not required.
  • No experience in the BPO industry? Come and join us
  • Should be willing to work on-site.
  • Should be willing to work full-time..
  • Should be willing to undergo training.
  • Available to start immediately.
