About the role
Join the team at Company Confidential as an Auto Mechanic / Electrician. This full-time role is based in Canlubang Calamba City Laguna and will see you responsible for the repair and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles. Working as part of the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a variety of vehicles
- Perform scheduled maintenance checks and servicing on all vehicles
- Identify faults and issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Replace worn or faulty parts and components as required
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure all vehicles are kept in optimal condition
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures
What we're looking for
- Formal qualification in automotive mechanics or electrics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience as an auto mechanic or auto electrician, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards of workmanship
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and provide detailed reports
- Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management
