Job description:

  • Process Accounts Receivable
  • Process Accounts Payables
  • Process check voucher related to loans
  • Prepares OR for all cash receipts
  • Petty Cash Custodian and Gcash Monitoring
  • Prepares check for final payment
  • Create summary for all the check voucher for preparation of Bizlink transaction
  • Monitor all accounts that not yet paid versus the payment advice
  • Arrange collection checks
  • Filing Expanded and Compensation BIR on or before the 10th of the month to avoid penalty
  • Daily Cash position Monitoring
  • Prepares actual every month end to each function group
  • Support to HR, Admin and accounting task from time to time
  • Assist is back up for uploading of loans and remittances
