About the role

As the Branch Head at AGnP Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful operations and growth of our regional branch located in Angono Rizal. This full-time leadership role is crucial in driving the strategic sales and business objectives of our organisation within the local market. You will be the face of AGnP Corporation in the region, managing a team of talented sales professionals and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets for the branch
  2. Lead, motivate and coach a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to drive individual and collective success
  3. Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient workflows and excellent customer experiences
  4. Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth
  5. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for the branch
  6. Collaborate closely with the regional and head office teams to share best practices and align on broader company initiatives
  7. Monitor branch performance and profitability, reporting on key metrics and recommending data-driven improvements

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales management or branch leadership role, preferably within a similar industry
  2. Excellent people management and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals
  3. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  4. Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
  6. Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing or a related field
