Head of Finance

Our client is seeking a Head of Finance from the insurance or reinsurance industry to oversee and lead all financial operations of the organization.
This senior leadership role is responsible for financial strategy, regulatory compliance, reporting, and risk management, while serving as a key advisor to top management.
This role is ideal for a strategic finance leader with strong industry knowledge, solid leadership skills, and experience managing end-to-end finance functions within insurance or reinsurance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with insurance regulations
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and capital allocation
- Establish internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Lead, coach, and manage the finance and accounting team
- Provide financial insights to senior management for decision-making
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Senior-level finance leadership experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and risk management
- Proven leadership and people management skills
